Priestly Ministry
Before his current assignment as the Vicar of St. George Orthodox Valiyapally, Palarivattom, Fr. Tiju Daniel served with dedication in several parishes of the Kochi Diocese since 2010. His previous churches include:
- St. Ignatius Orthodox Cathedral, West Fort, Thrissur
- St. Mary's Orthodox Church, Kattilapoovam
- St. Mary's Orthodox Church, Thampurattimoola
- St. Mary's Orthodox Cathedral, Ernakulam
Diocesan Responsibilities
In addition to his pastoral duties, Fr. Tiju Daniel actively serves the diocese in various leadership roles:
- Secretary, Kochi Diocese Vaidika Sangam.
- President, Sunday School Association (Ernakulam District).
- Vice President, Marth Mariam Samajam (South Region).
Personal Background
Fr. Tiju K. Daniel is a native of Vazhamuttom, Pathanamthitta. His home parish is Mar Bahanan Orthodox Church, Vazhamuttom, under the Thumpamon Diocese. He is the son of the late Thomas Daniel and Smt. Omana Daniel. He is blessed with a family consisting of his wife, Jomol Joy, and their two daughters, Anna Mariam Daniel and Sarah Elsa Daniel.
